How to get a referral
Talk to your local people team in the first instance about any occupational health concerns. Local people teams make referrals via Health Partners, an independent occupational health provider.
The Health Partners clinical team will decide whether you should be assessed in person or over the phone with a doctor or nurse.
Health Partners use a secure online portal to request, collect and release medical information for employees who’ve been referred.
