Temporary policy adjustments for coronavirus policy

This policy aims to set out the current temporary policy adjustments that are in place to support working arrangements through the Coronavirus pandemic.

The existing policies are still applicable and these temporary adaptations are specific to the Coronavirus pandemic. Once removed, the previous policy provisions will apply.

This policy provides specific information relating to the areas listed below and where relevant, guidance relating to the four different Nation administrations:

  • Sickness Absence
  • Testing 
  • Self-isolation
  • Medical evidence of Covid 19 absences
  • Guidance for colleagues that was previously identified as clinically extremely vulnerable
  • Adjustment to sickness absence triggers
  • Covid 19 Vaccinations
