Project Management Toolkit

The purpose of the Project Management Toolkit is to help you start, plan, manage, control and deliver your projects successfully. It guides you through each stage of the project cycle from initiating to closing. 

The toolkit is designed to help maximise the potential for your projects to succeed and get the right governance approval to proceed at each stage of your plan.

Microsoft Project Training

The PMO team have put together a range of training and practical support options to project/programme managers and teams to support them in using MS Project, an online project management tool.  

You can request for information on how to get an MS Project licence or for a demonstration of the platform, by getting in contact with us and raising a ticket.

Project Management Training

To strengthen project management practice across the Charity, the Learning and Development (L&D) Team and the PMO are offering a professional project management training package to be provided to all project/programme managers and to those involved in programme leadership/governance roles.

Raise a support request for the Programme Management team

By contacting the PMO through the Business Services Hub, we can support you by providing: 

  1. A range of information and guidance including tools and templates to assist you with scoping, starting, managing, and delivering your projects. 
  2. Light touch project management support where required, supporting colleagues with embedding project management discipline in their work. The PMO team will be available for an initial one-to-one meeting with you and your team to discuss your needs and guide you through the project management toolkit.
