The Head of Procurement is responsible for all procurement and management of third party contracts in Barnardo’s through a devolved procurement model.

The corporate procurement team looks after Barnardo's supplier needs by procuring common supply contracts, advice and resources, to all managers and staff. They are responsible for maintaining our master contracts register. In addition, the team is here to provide advice and training on:

  • procurement legislation
  • supplier due diligence
  • supplier contract management
  • overseeing tenders through the eProcurement process
