This is an illustration of the kind of system that Barnardo’s operates in. We have drawn it to show care experienced people at the centre. Even shown at a relatively high level, you can see there are a large number of elements within it. Many of those parts interact directly with the children and young people, but some, such as government departments, do not - however they still influence the wider system.
