To claim private mileage expenses, you must register your vehicle on our vehicle repository.
Download the user guide: Adding a private vehicle to the repository (at the bottom of this page) and follow the instructions on how to register your vehicle on iExpenses.
Read the guide carefully and make sure you attach the correct supporting documents.

Further information
You will need to attach a licence summary to you approval form. You can get a summary from the DVLA website.
If you are in Northern Ireland you will need to provide your paper counterpart instead.
