Our general risk assessment form should be used for all events except fundraising events and shop or team challenges (which have separate forms).

The risk assessment only becomes legally active when it bears the signatures of line managers.

A risk assessment must be reviewed at least once every 12 months, or as soon as it might have become invalid. The review should involve transferring a risk assessment from an obsolete version to the latest one.
