I am a Young Person

B-Heard

At Barnardo’s, there are lots of ways you can have your voices heard. From the day-to-day decisions that affect your life, to the decisions that affect you in your community and beyond.

We want to make sure that we give you the right support to get your views across, and for you to feel seen, heard and valued.

We’ve worked with children and young people to develop 7 Voice and Influence Quality Standards that all staff across Barnardo’s will follow, to make sure you have the best possible experience with us.

Quality Standards Poster - You can print this poster off or ask a member of staff in Barnardo’s to print it off and give it to you.

Quality Standards Leaflet - You can print this two-page leaflet off or ask a member of staff in Barnardo’s to print it off and give it to you so that you have a copy of key information about having your voice heard in Barnardo’s.

Quality Standards Widgit Poster - If you use Widgit to communicate, you can print this Widgit poster off or ask a member of staff in Barnardo’s to print it off for you.
