Office 365 Training and Guidance

One of the tools Office 365 has is called Immersive Reader. This helps to improve reading comprehension in Outlook and Word.

Using Immersive Reader, you can:

• break words into syllables
• increase spacing between words
• change the colour of what you are reading
• change column width and focus on single or multiple lines at a time

Another tool across Office 365 apps is Editor, which you can find in Word and Outlook. Editor helps you:

• improve your writing by identifying words and phrases that might need more refinement
• analyse text as you type and makes suggestions when it finds misspellings and opportunities for improving
