It's for all Barnardo's trustees, employees and volunteers. 

• Policy defines what constitutes a conflict of interest and why conflicts may pose a risk to Barnardo’s, its reputation and the children, young people and families we serve.
• Details our expectations of all trustees, employees and volunteers in relation to identifying, declaring and managing any potential, perceived or actual conflicts of interest which may arise.
• Includes in relation to the giving or receiving of gifts and hospitality.
