When you first join us, whether as an employee or a volunteer, you can complete a short training course to enable you to be more familiar with the Voice and Influence of children and young people. This is available on Moodle and will help you understand how you can build V&I into your work. Through the video you will see and hear from young people talking about their experiences and the difference that this engagement makes. Course: Voice and Influence (clcmoodle.org)
