Barnardo's b-learning has a new range of resources, learning materials and information to support you through the current situation.
Barnardo’s b-Learning site provides a single point of access to all b-Learning resources. Courses cover our mandatory induction courses and a wide range of optional courses including business skills (like finance, leadership, communication, and personal development) and Microsoft software training.
Accessing the b-Learning site
You can access the b-Learning site from any computer connected to the internet. You don't need to use a Barnardo's computer.
Logging on
Your account is set up automatically 24 hours after your personnel record and IT login have been created.
Username: This will be your normal Barnardo's username: firstname.lastname
Password: A temporary password will be sent to you when your account is set up.
You will be prompted to change this when you first log on.
Once you have logged on you can access any of the b-Learning courses at any time. You can find out more in the user guide.
Resetting your b-Learning password
Instructions for resetting your b-Learning password are available to download securely from Content Server.
