We award grants to young people from our various trust funds. Any Barnardo’s service user under the age of 25 can apply.
There are a number of areas that can be funded:
- education and training
- leaving care
- holiday and adventure
- opportunity
- sea training
- poverty and hardship
- disability
There is no maximum amount that you can apply for but funds are limited and we try to help as many people as we can.

You can also download:
- the application form for grant funding, to be completed by a project on a service user's behalf
- the receipt, be completed by the project and signed by the service user/parent/guardian to confirm they have received an award and that the money will be spend on what was requested in the original application
- the questionnaire, to be completed by the project (optional)
