The downloadable RSA SecurID application user guide will help you install the RSA SecurID app to your smartphone (iOS and Android).
There are also instructions for setting up the PIN you will need to use alongside the RSA code.
Please raise your request in FirstPoint first (Go to Firstpoint > My IT Store > RSA Secure ID), before proceeding.
NB The Service Desk will no longer issue out new RSA tokens. If you have and issue with your token, contact the Service Desk to find out how you can start using Okta instead.
