Look after your equipment
- don't leave it in vulnerable places (like your car)
- if you pass smart equipment on to a colleague, ensure it's wiped first (see Returning equipment for guidance on deleting content and resetting phones and tablets)
- don't swap sim cards between devices
Keep us informed
- if you have any problems with equipment raise a call either through FirstPoint or the service desk
- if you move locations, inform IT
- if you change cost code, inform IT
Lost or stolen equipment
- if you lose any equipment, including mobile phones, inform IT immediately
- If you have any equipment stolen, report it to the police, get a crime reference number and then inform IT immediately
