When you edit a document or form on Content Server, all of the previous versions are available. You can access them by following the quick steps below or download the detailed guidance at the bottom of this page.
Quick steps
- Click on the Function button for the document.
- Select Properties > Versions.
The versions are listed with the most recent at the top.
