Secondment policy

It's for all employees.

• Secondments can be to internal posts or externals roles.
• All Barnardo’s secondment opportunities will usually be advertised on the internal vacancy portal. 
• Secondment arrangements are for a minimum of four weeks and normally a maximum of 12 months.
• Only secondments supported by a clear business case will be authorised.
• Your grandparent line manager must authorise a secondment.
