- There are usually 8 bank holidays in England, Wales and Scotland with 2 additional days given in Northern Ireland and the policy provides details around our flexible bank holiday offer.
- The leave year starts on 1 April.
- All colleagues are encouraged to take all their annual leave entitlement, but up to one week's contractual hours can be carried over into the next leave year.
- You must request your annual leave through Dynamics 365.
Your responsibilities
- As a colleague, you’re responsible for reading, understanding and following this policy.
- As a line manager, you’re responsible for talking to your direct reports about annual leave, agreeing and recording it with through Dynamics 365.
- People Teams should help colleagues and line managers to understand and implement this policy.
- The People Strategy & Projects team need to make sure this policy is up to date and complies with current legislation.
