Service User Recording: case file user guides

How to create and move case files, add recordings and signoff.

Service User Recording (SUR) is a case management and service information system for recording information about the children, young people and families you work with. It is part of Content Server.

To navigate to your file room, select your region/nation in Working with children, young people and families, then select your service folder, where you will find the file room. If you do not have access to the confidential folder speak to your line manager or service administrator.
