Setting up a new business unit

You can set up an account on the DBS online system by emailing the team. You must include the following information in your email:

  • cost code
  • service or shop name
  • type of service (children’s services or retail, for example)
  • full postal address of service or shop
  • name, contact number and email of the manager of the service
  • name, contact number and email of your local people team advisor
  • region or nation
