How to use the brand

Everything you need to know about how to use our brand.

It’s important we collectively own our brand and know how to bring it to life. From guidelines and templates to image libraries and working with our creative team, we’ve got you covered.

Use our brand guidelines

We’ve developed comprehensive brand guidelines on our brand centre, which includes:

  • The story behind the brand

  • Our narrative, promise, and personality

  • Examples of the brand in action

  • Downloadable templates, logos, designs, and graphics

To access the brand guidelines, you will need to click the link below and login using Single Sign On (SSO) and your Barnardo's credentials. You may be prompted to use OKTA as verification.

Here are some simple instructions to get you started:

  • To change your signature on Outlook, select File> Options> Mail> Signatures

  • Click on the signature you wish to edit, or create new, and make your changes in the Edit Signature box

  • When you’re done click Save> Ok

You will find templates and full instructions in our Brand Centre under Templates.

Tell your stakeholders about our new Strategy and brand

As ambassadors for Barnardo’s, we need your help to spread the word to our external stakeholders, partners, and commissioners about our new Strategy and brand. It’s important we bring them up to speed with our renewed direction and refreshed brand and what it means for us all going forwards.

To support you in talking to your stakeholders about these exciting changes, we’ve created a Stakeholder Template , with all the key messages you can share with them. This is just a template, so please feel free to adapt and top and tail as appropriate.
