Excellence Awards
Our annual Barnardo's Excellence Awards are a fantastic opportunity to celebrate excellence and impact across our charity.
These Awards recognise colleagues who demonstrate excellence in their directorate and celebrate our dedicated volunteers and the inspiring children and young people we support.

Recognition Day
The Barnardo’s Recognition Day is an additional day of paid leave for all colleagues employed on Barnardo’s terms and conditions of employment. It was introduced as a way to celebrate and value our colleagues.
