About our People Policies

Our People Policies are thoughtfully produced with our people, core values and behaviours at their heart.

The policies are co-produced by a broad range of stakeholders and subject matter experts across the charity, ensuring that the voice of all our colleagues are heard. This includes specialist lenses such as Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, safeguarding, legal and being trauma-informed.

We will continue to work closely with colleagues across the charity to review all our people policies throughout 2024 as reflected in the timeline below.
