Most software and systems (e.g. Content Server, myPlace and FirstPoint) come as standard on your computer. If you don't have what you need, go to:
- Company Portal for applications you are allowed to install yourself
- FirstPoint My IT Store for applications you cannot find on Company Portal or that have a cost involved. If you can't find what you are looking for on My IT Store, use 'application not listed'
You're not allowed to buy software or install anything on a Barnardo's PC/laptop without approval from Information Services. That way we keep Barnardo's data and IT systems safe and secure.
Please note when raising a software order on FirstPoint, you must add the business reason to the ‘additional details’ field and attach an email from the budget holder authorising your order.
